- How does billing work on the free tier?
- It stays free. 1 AWS connection and 10 monitored jobs, no card required.
- What permissions do you need in my AWS account?
- Read access to Glue, Lambda, EMR, Step Functions, CloudWatch metrics and log stream metadata. Plus BatchStopJobRun and StopExecution for the kill switch. Our CloudFormation template is the exact policy.
- Do you store AWS credentials?
- No. We store a role ARN and an external ID. Every AWS call assumes the role through STS and the session expires in an hour.
- What counts as a monitored job?
- Any job with monitoring enabled. Discovery imports everything it finds, and you switch off the ones you do not care about.
- Can I cancel Pro?
- Any time from the Stripe portal. You drop to free at the end of the period.
- What is the difference between Pro and Team?
- Pro is unlimited monitoring for one operator. Team adds 5 seats, custom detection rules, the audit log and SSO.
